Had good sleep at the twin room with a beautiful bath. The staff has always been attentive and caring, and the facilities were really nice. The location was magnificent for us - walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Absolutely perfect and excellant location quite close to shopping area, lovely pool. Also - just off close to all the main restaurants, bars, cafes or else quick rides on a bikes and great restaurants. Large breakfast for the start of the day with good coffees ie.

The hotel had a good location a few steps away from Jalan Laksmana. There were multi-channel TV, a sitting area and a study table in the room, greatly enjoyed that.

It was brand-new, beautifully maintained and with tv. I liked the very pleasant area and magnificent location to the popular tourist attractions in the area. Café Clean Canteen located 1 km away was a nice surprise. The pool was lovely and I had alcoholic drinks in the poolside bar.

My partner and I really enjoyed being there. Location: the hotel was so close to beach, shops and beaches and very close to restaurants. I found nice Biku Cafe nearby with hot beverages. The breakfast was large with good coffees and easy going and excellent staff. The perfect service and the attention to detail! Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too.
Well, the area was disgusting overall.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the location could not have been more perfect. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were some of the comfiest I’ve ever slept on. I especially enjoyed the 24-hour room service and the swim-up bar at the pool. The hotel also offered complementary amenities that added to my already pleasant experience.
The noise from a nearby rooftop party kept me up late one night. While the hotel staff was apologetic and promised to look into the situation, it still detracted from my overall experience.
